Design Thinking, Structure and Character:
This product is of a horizontal dual-drum lengthways-distributed water pipe type boiler. Both sides of the hearth are equipped with fluorescent tubes and a water wall, and two groups of convection pipe bundles are fixed onto the back. Under the hearth, it fixed type grate has been installed. There is one long batten feeding device under the fore part and one scrap wood feeding device (50mm¡Á50 mm¡Á40mm) on the top for mechanical feeding. The whole boiler combines with assembly and bulk. The boiler body is assembled and then hoisted after fixing to a steel stand on site. The boiler is also equipped with a fan for mechanical ventilation in order to reduce the intensity of labor. The whole structure accords with the character of a wood burning and boiler function.
